How to change the cover of a digital planner

You can add new covers to your planner in PDF, JPG, or PNG format. To do this follow the steps below: 

Changing the digital cover in GoodNotes

  1. Open up your planner to the Cover Page (Page 1).
  2. Tap the “+” icon and select “Import”.
  3. When your Files open up, navigate to where you saved your desired cover and tap to select.
  4. Your new cover is now imported to your planner.
  5. Now, delete the previous cover by opening up the “Thumbnail view” and delete the previous cover page.

Changing the digital cover in Noteful

  1. Open your planner to the cover page (page 1).
  2. Tap the icon with four squares in the top-left corner.
  3. The current cover page is already selected.
  4. Tap “Insert.”
  5. Choose “Import File” or “Choose a Photo” depending on whether you have the new cover saved in your iPad’s files, iCloud, Google Drive, etc., or in your photo gallery (if it’s a JPG).
  6. Find the cover, select it, and tap “Open” or “Add.”
  7. Now select the old cover and tap “Delete.”

Changing the digital cover in Noteshelf

  1. Open up your planner to the Cover Page (Page 1).
  2. Tap the “+” icon and select “Import document”.
  3. When your Files open up, navigate to where you saved your desired cover and tap to select.
  4. Your new cover is now imported to your planner.
  5. Now, delete the previous cover by opening up the “Pages view” and delete the previous cover page using the method described above.
