On my last trip with a friend she organized part of the itinerary. She sent me a super boring Excel sheet, a picture of a notebook with annotations and several blog links via WhatsApp. So that you are not that friend I created this Google Sheets template.

It has 14 tabs so you can organize absolutely everything you need for your trip and have it all gathered in one place. It includes two itineraries: one for short trips and another one for trips up to 5 weeks.

If you are going to organize the trip among several people, the Google Sheets files, being in the cloud, can be shared and edited by everyone.

And you can consult it from your mobile or iPad during the trip without having to print it!
